We don't claim to be experts, but below are some helpful tips we've gathered along the way for running successful ads on Facebook.
1. We do provide pre-made graphics on our Marketing Resources page for Down Payment Connect (DPC) users. However, audiences are different for everyone, so if you aren't seeing desired results, try other images to see what works best for you and your market.
2. Instead of using your direct DPC link, you may want to set up a landing page where your DPC page lives or drive folks to a place on your website. Check out this case study for ideas.
3. Invite customers in with a question, such as: "Are you ready to buy a home, but need help with the down payment or closing costs? Find out if you qualify for programs that can help." Or "Is the down payment keeping you from having a home of your own? Find out if you qualify for down payment help that can get you in a home faster."
4. Think about pairing the ad with some other valuable content. It could be a 30 second video from you, talking about how down payment programs work, maximum benefit details, etc.
5. Make sure you have a clear Call To Action. Instead of "Contact us", try using something like "Find your down payment" or "Search now" instead.
We hope these ideas will help get you started, and if you've already had success running ads, please let us know. We're always looking for new ideas and fresh content to share.
