Setting Up Your Down Payment Connect Account

Let's set up your account so homebuyers can search for programs and you can start generating new leads.

Manage your account 
Your login credentials were sent in a separate email. Use those to log in and access your Down Payment Connect dashboard and your personalized landing page link. You can also update your branding image/logo, add or modify your subscription states (up to four total), and display your NMLS number.  

Approve your DPA programs
This is important. Click on the DPA Directory button to see all the programs in each state you subscribed to. Check the "approved" button on the far right for each program you want to display to borrowers using your Down Payment Connect link. Only programs approved by you will be displayed to borrowers when they use your link.

Start sharing your link
Your personalized link is at the top of the Down Payment Connect dashboard after you log in. This link can be shared on your website, social media, email campaigns and more.
