Down Payment Connect subscriptions are paid in advance and automatically renew monthly or annually unless cancelled. Subscription payments are non-refundable. To avoid future billing, you must cancel prior to your next renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel your Down Payment Connect subscription, login to workforce-resource.com, click on your name in the top left corner and click "Subscription". You will see an option to cancel toward the bottom of the page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Retain your Down Payment Connect login credentials, as you can renew your subscription at any time.
