So I sent my personal link to someone and they filled out the form. I got an email with a list of what they are eligible for.  What is my next step here? Am I to find a lender who knows about the program and can work with the client?

  A loan officer is a good first step. In the search results, you will find a link to or list of participating links for each program. That's always a good place to start, or you can reach out to the program administrator directly.

  If you already have a lender you like to work with, you can also share the search results for your buyer with your lender. See if he or she is able to work with any of those programs or can offer any advice.
