API
Is there a way of having an API or a Zapier connect so that we can use Facebook Ad forms and have the questions populate to the calculator and our CRM at the same time? Thanks, Steve Carrigan

We don’t have any current CRM integrations, but we do have an API on which such integrations can be built and doing so is on our product roadmap. Make sure you're signed up for our newsletter/correspondence, as we're continuously rolling out new product changes and updates.

Melinda, it would be much better if the email that sends the details to the consumer would be ours rather than workforce-resource. Is that possible or in the works? Thanks, Steve

We do have to send from an address in our own domain, but there are other options to explore, and they are currently in our project backlog.
