  Hi there!

   

  If you're considering a specific down payment program, a lot of agencies have a "preferred lender list". We include a link to that list in our search results (if applicable), so you could contact one of those lenders for reference.
  

   

  If you're looking generally for lenders that work with down payment programs, a great place to start may be the Florida Housing Finance website…

  Or, you can talk to in-house loan officers, if your brokerage has one or has relationships with one or several. 

   

  I would also recommend you bring discuss down payment program with loan officers you’ve worked with in the past, as they may offer these types of programs and the topic just hasn’t come up before.
