How do I cancel my paid Down Payment Connect account?

Using your login info you received from your confirmation email, login to the Down Payment Connect site at https://www.workforce-resource.com/.

Click on the arrow next to your name in the upper lefthand corner of the screen and go to "subscription". You will find the "cancel" option at the bottom of the page. 

Note: Once you've canceled your account, your login will remain active. You can login to your account at anytime to reactivate your subscription, manage your profile, and more.
