Can I customize my Down Payment Connect page?

Your Down Payment Connect page is already unique to you and your market and names you as the expert throughout the workflow.

As a paid subscriber, you have the option to add a logo or headshot image at the top of the landing page. We currently don’t support additional customization of colors, content, etc.

Also, please note the placeholder is meant for more of a headshot or logo, rather than a banner.

The vertical size of the branding image is limited to 184 pixels, so we scale whatever image you supply, while maintaining the same aspect ratio. Then, when the image is displayed on the page, if it is wider than 1140 pixels it is scaled down (again maintaining aspect ratio) to fit in the available width of the browser window. We can’t make a narrower image expand automatically to span the whole page width.

  I changed from my photo to my Logo but 3/4 days later it still not showing up Why?
