Will I be alerted when new programs are released or if there are program changes?

This is an ongoing and important concern for us at Down Payment Resource, especially considering the dynamic nature of these programs' guidelines and funding methods.  We will utilize the news/announcements section of your MLS site for updates as needed, and are constantly developing new methods to quickly and easily update our customers on program additions, deletions, changes, news and announcements.
