Why is this Site so IN active
As a Realtor & Mortgage Loan Officer and Having been a paid member for over 2 years I have never had a direct lead from this site. I get weekly news letters of DPA Programs in different states which are not relevant to my state of Florida. The marketing tools are very bland. This service has potential to help many people but alas. Why doesnt this site send its leads to paid members ? Or is it a marketing platform for a particular lender?

I'm sorry you are having issues with your DPC subscription. Your personalized link is intended to be used in marketing (such as your website, social media, your email signature, mailers, etc.) to gain exposure which will in turn result in leads.
