How does DPR connect with properties in the MLS? Is it determined just by price? Or by MLS area? Or what parameters determine whether the DPR icon shows on the listing?

DPR analyzes the location and listing price (among other data fields) of each listing to determine if, how many, and which assistance programs the listing may be eligible for.  If one or more assistance programs match up with the listing, the listings is flagged with the DPR icon.  If no programs match the listing, the DPR icon does not appear.
