Using the Pricing Tool to determine if a property is eligible for down payment assistance.

Q: How do I know if a property would be eligible for down payment resource?

A: The easiest way to determine the eligibility of a property is to use the “Pricing Tool” feature on our Member Home Page.

Just to be sure, whenever you enter a listing into your MLS system, we will filter it for eligibility so it will automatically be flagged. Because we filter nightly, the flag won’t appear until the following day assuming it is entered before close of business.

  This doesn't seem to work for me. I've tried several properties and get nothing in the results field no matter what price I put in.

  We apologize for the delay.  We are currently updating our geo-matching tools, and this has caused intermittent downtime with the Pricing Widget feature.  Geo-matching is the crux of this feature, allowing DPR to match a property to the jurisdictions of the programs available in the same geographic area.  We are able to use only the street address and zip code to run the Pricing Widget, but are simply updating some capabilities. 

  We expect the update to complete this evening (overnight) and will re-test the Pricing Widget in the morning for full functionality.
