Is there any assistance for duplex or multi-family properties?

Yes, and we filter program results by property type in order to identify 2-4 unit properties that may qualify for assistance programs.  There are several assistance programs, in various states, that allow 2-4 unit properties, and if your listing is eligible, it will be flagged with the DPR icon.
