We have a local lender who is interested in signing up for DPR. How do they sign up?

1) If the lender wants to partner with Down Payment Resource (DPR) at an enterprise level, we would love to discuss options. Please have a representative contact us at info@downpaymentresource.com.

2) If the lender wants to sign up as a participating lender for a particular down payment assistance or other homeownership program, you can direct them to the agency that administers that particular program and they will have to follow the procedure for becoming a participating lender. This usually entails a training event and other discretionary measures in place with that particular agency.
