Where do I find lenders that participate with the DPR/A?

  A good starting point to find a Lender who offers DPA would be to visit your state HFA's website and find their participating lender list which means they, at the very least, participate in the state HFA 1st mortgage and/or DPA programs.

  The DPA search via our website (https://downpaymentresource.com/are-you-eligible/) will provide results of DPA programs and may list additional info such as Participating Lenders for each program. You can also check out our Down Payment Insiders FB page (https://www.facebook.com/groups/DownPaymentInsiders) and connect with other lenders / realtors discussing best DPA practices!
